New PS Vita Model Headed For The US


The new PS Vita model that launched last year in Japan has been officially announced for US, and it’s not coming alone either.  The new slim, and lighter version is being launched in a bundle this spring with Borderlands 2, that includes 6 DLC packs( Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty, Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage, Psycho Character Class, Mechromancer Character Class, Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1 and Collector’s Edition Pack.) and an 8gb memory card for you to save all that precious data on, all for $199.99.

The new system is 20% slimmer, 15% lighter, contains 1gb of internal memory, extended battery life and includes a LCD screen.

Sony also announced that more than 100 games will be coming to the Vita this year, hear are some of the announced games:

This is quite good news for Vita owners who are looking for more games, and for people still on the fence about getting one, this might just be the time go out and buy one.
