Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare Release Date Announced

EA has just announced the release date for Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. It’s launching February 18th in North America and two days later in Europe. The game utilizes the Frostbite 3 Engine best known for powering DICE’s Battlefield 4.


Ten maps and three game modes will be included at launch. The Xbox One version will include two additional modes, including local cooperate and Boss Mode. You can also use Kinect and/or Xbox Smartglass to provide support to your team. With the second screen experience you’ll have a top-down view of the battlefield wherein you can provide intel, health drops, revive stations and artillery strikes.

Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will run $39.99 on Xbox One and $29.99 for Xbox 360 and PC (PC is releasing at a later date).
