Trine 2: The Complete Story Headed To PlayStation 4
Great news for those who love the puzzle platformer (ME!). Trine 2: The Complete Story is on it’s way to the PlayStation 4. You may recall that Trine 2 released on the PS3 in the past, and was part of the PS+ Instant Game Collection. I have yet to play the Goblin Menace or Dwarven Caverns expansions, so it’s great to see that the whole shebang is coming to PS4.
Frozenbyte will be self-publishing on the PlayStation 4, and the studio wasted no time praising Sony’s upcoming console saying,
PlayStation 4 has allowed us to go all-out on the technical side, so you’ll get to enjoy the beautiful graphics in 1080p resolution at 60 FPS! What’s more, the game also supports stereoscopic 3D! With 3D displays becoming more common every day, we’ve made sure Trine 2: Complete Story is a treat to play in 3D as well.
There’s no concrete release date for the puzzle platformer as of yet, but were really happy to hear the sharp fantasy visuals will be set at 1080p and 60 FPS. Also, Trine 2 is a game I wouldn’t mind utilizing my 3D display to enjoy.
Have you already enjoyed Trine 2 on PlayStation 3 or PC? Would you buy the game to enjoy it in full 1080p? Let us know in the comments section below.
