Killzone: Mercenary Receives It’s Second Title Update

Have you tried that PlayStation Vita‘s marquis shooter, Killzone: Mercenary yet? We have, I found it to be one of the best mobile shooter experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. Even the online multiplayer portion was packed with content and fun times to be had. Guerrilla Cambridge has just put the finishing touches on another title update to address connectivity and stability issues that have been brought to light by the community.

The patch is a doozie for us Vita holding mercs. It weighs in at 1190MB, but rest assured that update #1 will relinquish command and be killed with fire once update #2 is installed. However, the devs don’t think they’ll ever be able to get Mercenary under 4GB total if you went the digital route. The patch also targeted some inconsistencies in loadout slots being unlocked and a problem with the multiplayer medal for melee kills.

Have you collected some sweet credits playing Killzone: Mercenary? Have you ventured online yet? Let us know in the comments section below.
